如貨品為限購貨品，每一個賬戶同一天內只可買一次，如同一客人購買2次，只會確認其中一單。如發現有重覆購買限購貨品之訂單，重覆之訂單便會即時取消，之後會安排退款，而退款金額亦都會經由付款平台退款
所有預訂貨品的預計到貨日期都有機會因應生產商各種原因提早或延遲到貨，出貨日期請留意官方詳情，如遇商品突然取消發售或代理cut單情況，訂金將全數發還
如商品有瑕疵或缺件，請與發行商或代理聯絡，本公司將不接受商品退貨或換貨

Website orders may be delivered by SF Express freight collect or collected in-store. Some products may be marked as “荔枝角門市自取”, will be only able to pick up at Lai Chi Kok store. Please select your preferred collection or delivery method carefully before checkout. Once an order is confirmed, the collection or delivery method cannot be changed unless an administrative fee is paid.
When placing an order, customers must provide the contact person’s name, a correct delivery address, and a valid WhatsApp phone number. For Hong Kong phone numbers, this must be a valid 8-digit number. This is required so that we can notify you regarding collection arrangements and order processing. All communications will be made via WhatsApp.
If the phone number provided for an order cannot be reached and we are required to contact the customer through another method, an administrative fee will be charged.
All online store orders, whether for in-stock or pre-order items, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once confirmed. If an order is cancelled, it will be deemed as the customer giving up the order. All amounts paid will not be refunded, and the order will not be reinstated.
If there is any error in an order and any information or collection/delivery method needs to be changed, a handling fee of HK$20 per order will be charged.
For orders delivered by SF Express, shipments will be arranged within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. If there is a high volume of orders, the delivery dispatch time may be extended. We appreciate customers’ understanding.
For in-store pick-up, customers will receive a pick-up notification via WhatsApp within 2–4 working days and may then collect the order from the store.
Under no circumstances do we provide same-day order and same-day collection service. Customers are also not allowed to collect orders without receiving a WhatsApp pick-up notification.
After receiving the pick-up notification, customers must collect the goods within 7 days. For pre-order items, the collection period is 14 days. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled immediately and deemed as the customer giving up the order. All payments made will not be refunded.
An online purchase is only confirmed when an order number has been issued. After successfully placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided.
Customers who spend HK$350 or more in a single order per day are eligible for free shipping within Hong Kong only. The free shipping offer is calculated per single order and cannot be combined with other orders. This offer only applies to in-stock items. All pre-order items are not eligible for free shipping.
For products with purchase limits, each account may only purchase the product once per day. If the same customer places two orders for the same limited-purchase product, only one order will be confirmed. If duplicate orders for limited-purchase products are found, the duplicate orders will be cancelled immediately. A refund will then be arranged through the original payment platform.
The estimated arrival dates of all pre-order items may be earlier or delayed due to various reasons related to the manufacturer. Please refer to official information for shipment dates. If a product is suddenly cancelled for release or if the distributor cuts the order quantity, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If a product has defects or missing parts, please contact the publisher or distributor directly. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such products.
