所有網店現貨訂單一經確認後不可取消，如需 更改任何資料 或 取貨方式 將收取每單$20手續費
順豐寄送訂單，貨件將在訂單確認後2-3個工作天安排寄出，如訂單眾多，出貨日子將會延長，希望客人見諒
門市自取，客人在2-4個工作天會在WhatsApp收到取貨訊息客人到門市自取，當收到提貨訊息後必須於七天內提取貨品，否則該訂單將即時取消，所有款項將不獲退回
網上購物必須有訂單號碼才算確認，客人會在閣下提供的電郵地址收到訂單確認電郵
每逢星期三，單一訂單購物滿$500即可享有免運費(只限香港)。免運費優惠以一張單計算，不能夾單。免運費優惠只限現貨，預訂商品不會享有免運優惠
如貨品為限一貨品，每一個賬戶同一天內只可買一次，如同一客人購買2次，只會確認其中一單。重覆購買限一貨品之訂單便會取消，之後安排退款，而退款金額亦都會扣除付款手續費
預訂訂單一經確認，便不能取消及更換訂購內容，如有需要取消訂單，訂金將不獲發返還
所有預訂貨品的預計到貨日期都有機會因應生產商各種原因提早或延遲到貨，出貨日期請留意官方詳情，如遇商品突然取消發售或代理cut 單，訂金將全數發還
如商品有瑕疵或缺件，請與發行商或代理聯絡，本公司將不接受商品退貨或換貨

As for shipping options, you may choose to have it delivered to your door by SF Express or in-store pick up. Customers are required to select the shipping option before checkout.
When ordering, please provide contact name, correct address, and valid phone number for pickup and order updates via WhatsApp.
All confirmed in-stock online orders cannot be canceled; changes (including changes of customer detail or shipping method) will incur a $20 fee per order.
Once the order is confirmed, the item(s) will be shipped out within the next two to three business days. We appreciate your patience if there are any delays.
For in-store pickup orders, customers will receive a pickup notification via WhatsApp within 2 to 4 business days. After receiving the notification, customers must collect the items within 7 days, or the order will be canceled immediately and all payments will be non-refundable.
It is important to note that an online order is confirmed only when an order number is issued to you by the system, customer will receive the order confirmation email at the email address provided by you.
Customers can enjoy free shipping on any single order that includes at least HK$500 of items on every Wednesday. (This promotion only applies to local delivery in Hong Kong). Free shipping is not available for multiple orders that even accumulate the amount of HK$500 or more on the same day.Free shipping applies only to in-stock items; pre-order products do not qualify for free shipping
If the product is limited to one per customer, each account can only purchase it once per day. If the same customer makes two purchases, only one order will be confirmed. Duplicate orders for limited products will be canceled, followed by a refund, and the refund amount will exclude payment processing fees.
Once the pre-order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed; deposits are non-refundable in any case.
Estimated arrival dates may change due to manufacturer reasons—check official updates. If the product is suddenly canceled or cut by the distributor, the deposit will be fully refunded.
For defects or missing parts, please contact the publisher or distributor; we do not accept returns or exchanges.
